Terms of Service

Welcome to DialogueIQ (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our app games (“App”), you (“User” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Your use of the App constitutes your acceptance of these Terms. We may modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the App after such modifications will constitute your acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display or perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any part of the App without our prior written consent.

3. Account Creation

To use certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Use the App only for lawful purposes;
  • Not use the App in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the App;
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations;
  • Not collect or store personal data about other users without their express consent;
  • Not use any automated means to access the App for any purpose without our express written permission;
  • Not introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful;
  • Not engage in any activity that may disrupt or degrade the performance of the App.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

  • Use cheats, mods, hacks, or any other unauthorized software or tools to gain an advantage in the App;
  • Data mine, scrape, or otherwise extract data from the App;
  • Use bots, scripts, or other automated means to play or manipulate the App;
  • Sell, trade, or otherwise transfer virtual items or currency (if applicable) outside of the App;
  • Engage in any behavior that is offensive, harassing, or threatening to other users;
  • Violate any intellectual property rights or other rights of any third party.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and all content therein, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You acknowledge and agree that you shall not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, reproduce, create derivative works of, or in any way exploit any of the content of the App without our prior written consent.

7. User-Generated Content

Any content you upload, post, or otherwise make available through the App (“User Content”) remains your property. However, by providing User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (with the right to sublicense) to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such User Content in any and all media or distribution methods now known or later developed.

8. Payment Terms

The App may offer virtual goods or services for purchase (“In-App Purchases”). By making an In-App Purchase, you agree to pay the applicable fees. In-App Purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the App after such updates will constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms.
